User's refund are processed through NEFT.

After INTERNAL REVIEW we take 1-2 business days to process the withdrawal.

Withdrawal after deposit without gameplay cannot be processed as the player need to play and convert his/her deposited amount into his/her winning balance. User has to bear the withdrawal transaction fee.

HOW DOES A USER REQUEST FOR REFUND?
